USA Mavericks 14U Blue team won the Cal Ripken Bases Loaded Tourney Sunday in Aberdeen, MD. The Mavericks beat the Arena Starz from Maryland 12-4 for the championship. The Blue crushed the NH Blackflies from Bedford to gain entry into the championship. Maverick Hunter Chase was named tournament MVP #GoMavs

The Seacoast Mavericks will play the New York Yankees Area Code Baseball team

The prestigious Area Code team is made up of the best rising seniors in the 2018 class in New England.
The team includes New Hampshire players Bryce Reagan(Souhegan HS: University of Texas commit) and Grant Lavigne(Bedford: Wake Forest) as well as other locals Steven Hajjar(Central Catholic: Michigan), Dom Keegan(Central Catholic: Vanderbilt), Shane Smith(Governor’s Academy: Wake Forest), Ryan Cusick(Lincoln-Sudbury: Wake Forest), Mike Vasil(Boston College High: Virginia)
After a barnstorming tour on the Northeast the Area Code team will move onto the five day Area Code games in Long Beach, California.
This will be a chance to see the best players the New England area has to offer.
These players will be continuing their baseball careers while attending Division I colleges around the country.
Many of these players will be drafted in the MLB draft in 2018.
Baltimore Oriole and Former USA Maverick and St. Thomas Aquinas grad Ryan McKenna(2015) and Kobie Taylor(2016) of Portsmouth High School and the Texas Rangers are former local players who have participated on the Yankees Area Code team.

Owen Podolec and Owen McKiernan recently competed for Team New England in the USA Baseball National Team Tryout Tournament in Cary, NC. Although the Owen's were 13U MAVERICKS they competed in different age groups(Podolec-14U, McKiernan-13U) based on the age breakdown for USA Baseball.
The USA Mavericks 12U team recently returned from a very successful week at Cooperstown Dream Park.
With a final record of 7-2 the team finished #14 overall of 104 teams from all over the country playing in Dream Park week #11.
They were the highest ranked New Hampshire team of the week and the #2 New England based team

Congrats to USA Maverick players Brennan Oxford and Cody Morissette for being named the Most Valuable Players in the 4 day tournament held in Lynn, MA.
Oxford(Durham, NH)was named offensive MVP and Morissette(Exeter, NH) defensive MVP of the tourney. Players were invited from around New England and from as far away as Florida and Texas to compete in front of some of the top college baseball coaches in the country.
Seven of the sixteen Maverick players invited to participate were named to the All-Star team. Congrats to all the Maverick players that competed. Great showing from a great baseball program.
Congrats to our USA Mavericks who made the All-Star team at the prestigious Lynn Invitational Tournament in Lynn, MA this past weekend.
228 players were invited from all over New England and 74 were chosen for the All-Star game and 7 were Mavericks. Close to 10% of those chosen were Mavericks. The event is one of the premier events for college baseball coaches from around the country to attend.
Congrats to USA Mavericks 13U players Owen McKiernan(13U team) and Owen Podolec(14U) team for making the New England USA Baseball teams in the USA Baseball National Team Identification Series.
The Owen's will travel to Cary, North Carolina this month to compete for team New England against teams from all regions of the country.
The tournament is designed to pick 13U and 14U National teams to play in the World Cup tournament later this year.
12U USA Maverick Ashton St. Pierre will compete in the Under Amour Futures game at the Cal Ripken World Series in Aberdeen, Maryland on Saturday August 6 at 4pm.
The game will feature 24 of the best 12U players in the country and will be played before the Cal Ripken World Series Championship Game
Congrats to the Dover Jr. Legion team for winning the 2015 New Hampshire State Championship.
The team includes USA MAVERICKS Matt Wooster, Bryan Wooley and Alex Schlapak.
The team heads to Rockland, MA to play in the New England Regionals.
