Head Coach: Brian Strong
Brian Strong has been with the Lady Mavericks since 2016.  Prior to joining the Lady Mavericks, he was a head coach for the Rochester Slammers for 7 years, winning the following titles:

Assistant: Scott Baita
Scott Baita is in his second year as a coach with the Lady Mavericks. He is married with 4 children and 4 grandchildren and lives in Rochester, NH. Scott enjoys coaching football, baseball and softball at the youth level. Scott coached high school football for 11 years and spent 8 years coaching softball and baseball.

Assistant: Leticia Deal
Leticia Silva is currently in her 2nd year as a Lady Maverick assistant coach. She played for the Westview High School Knights softball team while there she was a two time Most Valuable Player also lettered varsity all four years.

Pitching Coach: Nicole Gubellini
2017-2018 Pitching coach at Endicott College. 2017 graduate of Southern NH University, Senior year made all Academic Conference and CoSIDA Academic All District finishing 10-4 in the circle with a 1.67 ERA in 113.1 innings pitched.  She hurled 10 complete games and fanned 97 batters, while allowing just 27 earned runs.  Gubellini led the conference and ranked 43rd in the nation in ERA.  Sophomore year Northeast-10 Third Team All-Conference selection, finished 9-3 in 14 appearances (all starts) with a 1.59 ERA and 57 strikeouts.  Played freshman season at Quinnipiac University and posted a 4.30 earned run average in 17 appearances in the circle for the Bobcats, which included 10 starts.    2012 graduate of Salem High School where she earned All-State honors as a junior and senior.  Named NH Division I Most Valuable Player in 2012 when she finished with a 15-1 record, a 0.61 ERA as well as a .493 batting average with 23 RBI's.
